Our aim is to renew our company by growing existing operating companies and by pursuing opportunities outside the construction sector. We invest both in non-listed and listed companies, which may be of multiple different industries.

Harjavalta Group expects all stakeholders and potential new businesses to operate in compliance with high ESG principles. We incorporate all aspects of ESG in our decision-making, and responsibility is reflected in our activities throughout investments and portfolio companies.

Harjavalta Group is currently preparing to fulfil the requirements of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Harjavalta Group will report ESG according to CSRD in 2026 with data for 2025.
