Puustelli Group Oy
Puustelli is the largest and the best recognised brand of fitted kitchens in Finland. Puustelli has its own Puustelli-full-service B2C-stores in Finland, Sweden and Estonia, and is also a leading supplier of kitchens to construction firms and manufacturers of prefabricated houses in Finland. Puustelli’s high-quality offering includes the patented ecological Puustelli Miinus kitchen, which Puustelli exports also to the UK and USA.
Puustelli’s manufacturing site is located in Harjavalta, Finland. Puustelli Group’s revenue was €100 million in 2023 and it employed approximately 390 people.

Kastelli Group Oy
Kastelli is a leading manufacturer and the best recognised brand of pre-fabricated single-family houses in Finland. The company offers a nationwide sales, delivery and installation service and the offering includes ecological wood and log houses. To meet the urbanisation trend, Kastelli also offers terraced homes and projects under the Kastelli Easyin brand.
Kastelli Group’s revenue was €85 million in 2023 and it employed approximately 150 people.

Lapti Group Oy
Lapti’s business covers residential, service and business premises construction as well as real estate development in Finland. Residential construction focuses on affordable and premium housing created by own project development in Finland’s largest growth centres. Lapti Group has significant operations in the construction of schools, child daycare properties and healthcare properties as well as in office and commercial premises.
Lapti Group’s revenue was €227 million in 2023 and it employed approximately 500 people.

Nordec Group Oy

Nordec’s expertise includes steel frame structures for single-, multi-storey and industrial buildings as well as bridge structures. Kreate is a Finland-based infrastructure construction company that particularly focuses on executing projects that are technically challenging or that require special expertise. The company’s offering includes services in the fields of transport infrastructure construction, structural engineering and the circular economy. Kreate provides versatile solutions for bridges, roads and railways, environmental and foundation construction, the circular economy and geotechnical needs.
Kreate Group’s revenue was €320 million in 2023 and it employed over 450 people.
Kreate Group Oyj is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. Harjavalta Group owns 19.85% of Kreate Group Oyj and is its largest shareholder.

EcoUp Oyj
EcoUp promotes green construction by developing and manufacturing construction products and raw materials from discarded materials. The company offers technology for converting construction and demolition waste into reusable geopolymers. In addition to the main business, aftermarket service, support and maintenance are offered.
EcoUp Oyj’s revenue was €31 million in 2023 and it employed 180 people.
EcoUp Oyj is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. Harjavalta Group owns 6.2 % of EcoUp Oyj.
